QML is a finicky mistress, not always going through on the first try. Often you have to spam it to make sure it goes through.
Adding a response to the QML person when the QML countdown starts would solve this issue.

Good idea, as it sometimes hits the wrong person. I had it at least once that I QMLed someone and some other random guy was kicked a few seconds later asking why he was kicked :lol:

Yes please. The amount of bonus multipliers I've missed because of QML fucking up

Also maybe a possibility to cancel it up to 3 seconds after doing it (if he doesnt do it before) if you see you got the wrong guy.

Yes to all, confirmation, display the name targeted, and able to cancel if you see it got the wrong player. Also add a limit to how often you can QML in a space of time.

Hmmm, I wonder if that is the source of certain people on the server coming back after disconnecting and saying "BADMINS WHY WAS I KICKED?!?"
