Title: [Suggestion] Briefing notes

Add a second set of briefing notes that are visible to all so that we can add TS and roll call time for everyone to see.

Would be really handy so that we can simply do all the hiring at roll call and not make people stay up all night only to find out that they have been removed at the last min.
