Title: Ban Request Time_lashes (leeching)

Time Lashes was running around naked with no visable weapons for at least 3 maps.  Forgot to get a screen shot of the scoreboard but he had something like -7 kills and quite a few deaths.

I spectated him for a minute.

He's received a 24 hour ban for repeated leeching via suicide.
