Title: Strat 4 Map

So I was wondering what kind of map you want:


1.Does not need explanation
2.
What about some small island  on the west (or south)(or north), and make entire calradia EU based ? It's not like 20 NA fiefs are already under EU control :rolleyes:

Well isn't 1 and 2 basically the same thing? 1 just copys the map and 2 gives NA fiefs seperate from EU, but not as many.

At one Eu can not attack NA because they are not in one map
At 2 Eu can still "visit" NA and reverse

Here's my Strategus v.4 map suggestions that Lech was responding to.  :P

One is flipping the current NA zone to the south and stretching it out.  This would give all NA and some EU clans a chance to try out new territory.  This would be especially good for new clans thinking about playing Strategus for the first time and others who sat out the last version.  No historical claims would give everyone a fresh start:

The other is splitting the NA zone into 3 parts and spreading them out to create more interaction between NA/EU clans like in Strat v.1 and 2 and hopefully less of the EU vs NA mentality that some people have now.  It would also give warring NA factions a little more safe distance between each other, more details about that in the link above:

Both maps have the same number of NA fiefs as we have now (8 towns, 19 castles, 38(?) villages) and 3 seaside towns like we have now incase they find a way to implement sea trade.

Making a map based off Na/Eu habits (i.e spreading na out) is a silly idea. I would VERY suprised if the factions both eu and na would let the uif do what they did again.

Keep na/eu, flip the server groups so we can play with different villages, and let the proportions be based off the percentage of the voters in a poll like last time.

Have an extended nightime if attacked by an opposite group (i.e na attacks eu) so defense wont get shafted with the bad hours.

And start this soon so we can plan stuff out b4 classes start again!!
