Title: NA Servers

I don't know what happened but only on the NA official servers for the last week or so my ping has increased 15-30 and plays way laggier. Every other game/unofficial server my ping stays exactly the same. My speed tests are the same as before, yet on NA I lag like a son of a bitch. Was there a server patch or something?
I don't think it is my end because of ping tests/speed tests/ consistent latency in other games I play. I used to get from 75-80 consistently. Now I'm at a constant 95-100 and I rubberband all over the place. Almost unplayable really. I've reset everything/turned off all "auto-updaters." I've got no P2P programs running and my ping never returns to normal-only on the NA crpg servers. Did the servers get downgraded or am I just being crazy?

i've been having the exact same issue, gone through all the "why's my ping fucked up" motions to no avail
edit: i live in norcal and am usually at 75, up to 85-100

My ping occasionally goes up by 50%. It wasn't doing that a few weeks back.

This isn't happening to me, which I'm happy about. My friend up the street 5 minutes walkng gets 20s ping and I get 50s... wouldn't want it higher like I used to have (80s-100s).

My ping now avgs out in the 60-90 range, normally its 49. Also my ping to EU increased from 190 to 225.

Glad its not just me then. But even when my ping is low sometimes its still "feels" like I'm rubberbanding, no idea why .

Oh, that... I noticed that on recent Strategus battles, and I thought it was just some place where equipment disappeared and it was like glitched up ground or something...

At one point my NA ping increased from 50 to 110-120, for about 6 hours.
On all crpg eu servers my ping is 200. :(

Since we're all doing show and tell in our pings; mine sits at 22 where I used to get 9.

While my ping hasn't really changed, ive been getting some fucked up rubber banding where i'll stay in one spot for 5 seconds, then suddenly be teleported half way across the map. This fucked me on a couple of major strat battles.
Edit: and that's in addition to the ever present occasional 3 second warband freeze that i still get :/

My average ping has been about 5 higher today, sometimes spiking up to about 30 higher. I haven't really noticed a difference in gameplay though.

Weird. Maybe the server has a new hop added? That might explain the added ping depending on where you live.

My average ping went up from 74 to 89, but I've also noticed that in the last week or two the communication between my client and the server has gotten worse. I'm seeing more instances of blocks not rising when I'm clicking, and more times when my attacks hold themselves after I release and I have to ready a new attack to fix it.

My ping hasn't increased noticeably, but I've definitely been getting this.
Had a left swing go straight through an enemy I was facehugging earlier today and TK a friendly who was on my right side. Also got insta-swung a few times with no time to respond to it, as if my ping was in the 100+ range.

This is getting terrible. As ranged all my shit just shoots right through people and as melee my blocks don't even work half the time. I went on an EU server today and I did better. I didn't rubberband at all, my bolts didn't go through people, and my blocks actually worked. That was with 180 ping.
NA servers are trash right now. My ping is constantly at 96-100 now. The problem is the hit/block registration/detection makes no fucking sense right now.
It isn't my end, as I stated previously. My ping on community remains the same and I don't rubberband at all there. Native servers are all consistent for me too. My ping doesn't spike it just stays at that shitty level.

i was waitaing to see a thread like that, my ping has been fucked up since last couple weeks. i used to have a consistent 36-37 and now i sometimes jump as high as 120...
