Title: A new kind of server

A server w/o upkeep where you dont get any rewards for winning, kinda like the siege one right now, allows people to use all their gear but they dont get anything for it, except some training, might make the upkeep less whined at.

Edit: If you keep the siege server like they are, ignore that, thats cool, thanks.
