Title: [Small problem] Can't define a key for fast spec camera

Subj. It's left ctrl by default (your camera flies way faster when pressing left ctrl while being in spectators/dead) and I didn't find the way I can define a key for it.

Fixed in 30.07.15. If it happens again, open a new thread.
