Title: [Bug] Game got stopped while downloading the map #2

Here it comes again. Client was downloading the map after the end of the previous map, I alt-tabbed to windows and in 10s back. What I see is just the same as I've described in the other thread - game freezes and you can't access the menu (alt+x and alt-F4 are disabled so I couldn't quit the game without alt-tabbing).

I waited for like 5 minutes to make sure map wasn't downloading.

Same happened on EU6 after mapchange without alt-tabbing, watch my thread.

Fixed in 18.08.20. If it happens again, open a new thread.
