Title: How do you restore deleted characters?

Is there anyway for me to restore deleted characters? I had a gen 2 about a year ago and deleted on accident, And i thought it was the respec... His name was Dray

You will lose all items and gold. This cannot be undone.
You are deleting an alternate character. Make sure you transferred anything of value to another character before proceeding.
