When i try to tab out while i'm in the Menu it keeps the crpg tab open on my main screen, i can move my mouse out of the first into the 2nd screen, but the main screen shows the crpg tab. Works properly once i'm in-game
Edit: Just recognized that i cannot tab back into the game, i see it on my screen but nothing happens if i press for example ESC

In Warband you should always press alt+enter first, than alt tab.
If you mean because of the crashes, those are gone in the new client (only in Windows Vista+, because that DirectX patch is not available for XP).
Abut the OP, is it an issue specific to multimonitor? Regular alt tab seems to be working fine to me...
-
Yep, no problem on my side.
-
Yep, just tested it, no problems with only 1 monitor activated, also i can move my mouse out of the game into the 2nd monitor when i have it opened, but works perfectly with only 1
-
I'll try hooking up one of my old monitors and test.
-
Tried with two monitors, seems to work fine. What is your setup exactly? Do you run Warband fullscreen on your first monitor, and the second monitor is in extend mode?
-
Changed with one of the last patches. If you tab out while the game is loading it gets bugged, otherwise it works fine.
But you still can move your mouse out of the game into the 2nd monitor.
Game is on my first monitor, fullscreen mode, 2nd one is in extend.

Is it fixed after today's update?
-
Works fine now, my mouse can't leave the first screen and alt+tab works properly even in the loading screen :)

ALT+X, ALT+F4 still not working.

ALT+X, ALT+F4 still not working.
For me alt+f4 worked fine when i had to quit (loading map 5 minutes ... on x4. Two times). Win 8 consumer preview (will upgrade to last version to reduce memory footprint soon).

ALT+X, ALT+F4 still not working.
Alt+X is removed permanently, Alt+F4 should work if you enable it (under input options). Have you tried that?
-
No, I haven't tried that before.
Now it works, thanks cmp.

K, so this issue is fixed.
