Title: Name will not be accepted?

I'm sorry to make a useless thread but why are my names being rejected? I am trying to get back into the game and when I was in it I shortly was in Haven. They disbanded and I want a name to reflect my name that my friends know. Is Menaloas a bad name because Menelaos is taken?

I have a clan member that is getting same error as well trying to take the 'r'-recruit tag off his clan tag.

You can only have a full name change when you retire. If your name is Haven_Menaloas, it should be accepted, but if you wanted to change your name from Havem_SirArcantius to Menaloas you will have to retire to do so.
