Title: Accessing chat inputs the key stroke pressed to access it

If you open chat (all or team) while in-game, the game inserts the key you pressed to open the chat in to the chat box. Example: I press t to open chat, and "t" appears in my chat prompt immediately. This occurs about 75% of the time the chat prompt is opened. This occurs regardless of how fast the key is released.

Steps to repro:
1) Join a server
2) Press whichever key you have bound to open the chat prompt
3) Notice the key you pressed to open the chat automatically appears in the chat prompt.

This bug also happens in native, not that often, but it happens.

Fixed with next version. Begone Native bugs.

Fixed in 25.07.9. If it happens again, open a new thread.
