Title: Repeccing STF question

If I respec a STF character, does it reset my 7 day timer for rolling a NEW stf?

I respeced one just now, but I'd rather just delete it and roll another STF.

You will have to wait 7 days, I think, and besides you will lose all your items..

It is the same timer, you can either respec an existing STF (and keep all the items and gold on it) or make a new one.
