For my current gen I am playing a horse archer. With level 3 Horse Archery, I get a fairly well-aimed shot even at high speeds on my Champion Steppe Horse. If it dies and I snag someone's +0 Courser or armored horse, My aim gets so wide it looks like I have 0 wpf in bows and 0 horse archery.
Does the maneuver stat of a horse improve your ease of aiming? That's my best guess but I can't find any information about it.

So faster you are, so inaccurater you are.

Yes, if you are standing still (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tzMye6AV8BQ), you will of course have a better aim. :)

I mean, even at a slow speed on a courser or destrier my aim is WAY worse than high speed on steppe horse. Like the difference between aiming regularly on foot and aiming while jumping.

ah yes i had this too, its a bug i think. But it happens all the time for you? it happened only twice to me.

Yes there is sometimes a bug if you are on foot and then mount a horse.
Dunno what causes it. Maybe it's not just random.

Never had it with my horse, even re-mounting it. But when I take someone else's horse (regardless of if I spawned with or without my horse) it always effects me.

I've had that bug occasionally, sometimes dismounting+renocking, then remounting will fix it. Or dropping your bow and picking it up again. Other than the whole moving faster thing making reticule bigger, horse stats don't affect acuracy.
