Gahhh, have to fight the oppressive numbers of metalheads! So, an electronica thread! Discover something nice, cool, unique or just eargasmic? Post it here! House, trance, DnB, dubstep, ambient, triphop... anything goes!

Oficially it's triphop, but it's really more like a combination of genres, can't place it in a category. These are some of my favourite songs, these guys have 2 albums - "Soon it will be cold enough" and "Safe in the steep cliffs", both are one of the best music albums I ever listened to. I love listening to them in the background when I have work to do or on long drives, very relaxing.

Anthem is pretty sweet. And, yeah, that is triphop, alright. Rule of thumb - if its electronica, chilly, has some beat, yet you can't quite place it, its probably triphop :)

I am a person more into fast paced beats, not ambient at all, would you have any suggestions? 

for example I like Pendulums "blood sugar" song a lot

But why do people have to force their musical taste on others? It just kills their experience of the music you force on them, and stereotypes come from it. No good, if you ask me.

I for an example listen to bands like Slayer, hell, even Cannibal Corpse when I'm pissed off.

But I also enjoy Kraftwerk, DnB, even some early Rap.
(Right now I fell in love with ProgRock, thanks to our Progressive Rock thread.)

Open your mind, the world has a lot of things to see, and listen to.
Just don't be an one-sided fool, like most of the population.

In the last week or so - Emerging Organisms vol.4, Dubstep Allstars vol.8 compiled by Distance and Welcome Reality by Nero... So fucking much O_O

Emerging Organisms is a series of Industrial ambient compilations by the Tympanik Audio label, that, imho, are the biggest and best albums in the whole genre:

I think the word you're looking for is Progressive trance/house. It has both uptempo and downtempo stuff, though, and i mostly listen to downtempo stuff, so can't recommend anything specific.

Would also take something darker/deeper, but around that bpm. Should have little to zero vocals, but most importantly no breaks^^

This kind of stuff is soooooo unbelievably beautyful on 2c-b, that you will actually cry tears of enjoyment :P.

and it has some ridiculously beautiful and unique music in it. I had to dig for it.

I found out that most of the music is made by a couple called "aivi & surasshu", she is a pianist, he is a chiptune composer and they make some really interesting and beautiful music together. Check em out, I gotta get that album when I saved enough money for it.

very cool performance, love how the rhythm introduced at 3:39  (http://youtu.be/KzkMXpF6usw?t=3m39s) later becomes the metrum (beat) for the last part. And the transition between those parts is extremely well done.
