Title: configure button does nothing

Long story short i have access to 2 older PC's while visiting friends and family away from home. When i click configure in the launcher nothing happens, any ideas? i need to turn off load textures on demand and make this run on dx7, and make sure vsync is off (which i think it is) as these PC's are ancient. any tips would be appreciated, i saw nothing in the documents/config that helps.

you will need 'load textures on demand' ON, and turn texture quality down to like 50%

do you know of any way to change the DX9 to DX7 other than using the config button Mr. Digglez?

nope. dont see that option anywhere in the RGL_Config.txt
