Title: old banner expired, new banner not available

I won an auction for a new banner to replace our old one 3 days ago (auction #1220), and now when our old one expired, our rank 10 (Diggles) has no new banner to select. Any idea what's up?

I found the problem and you will also get the exclusive banner again (soon, as i cannot do it myself).
