Hey there, got a question for everyone. This guy and I just started a clan based on Gondor, and we're lookin at what equipment to use. Im a 1h/warspear/board shielder, and I need a good looking Gondorian 1h weapon.

Currently I have the Scottish Sword due to its Gondorianish look, but after inspecting the Italian sword closer, it seemed that one may look just as Gondorian, if not more, than the Scottish Sword.

So Im kinda stuck with what to choose. Im not going off stats here, just cosmetic only.

Question: Which would fit a cRPG wannabe Gondorian soldier more? A Scots sword or the Italian?

Dafuq... What are u using for armor? Barbutte and Heavy Plate Armor? Scottish Sword I guess.

Btw should prolly make a poll for it.

Edit: By the way, you don't have to take the movie as a reference too I think.

Gondor totaly sux in LOR. They totaly sux that i forgot how their armor even look,and i watched return of king 2 days ago.
Why don't you become rohhirim they saved a day twice.

The muslimy-looking guys would be the Easterlings ... who were destroyed by the ROR at the Battle of Pellinore Fields. Just sayin.

I think the Italian sword is more Gondorian. The Italian Falcion too.
Gondor's colors are black, white, and grey. Any swords like that would make.

They had been fighting mordor for years, they didn't suck, they where spent. The Rohirim only started fighting when Isenguard attacked.

I don't recall Gondor having such a special style of swords, thought they had pretty ordinary looking blades. Pick any.

The the movie they really came off as a bunch of pussy ass failures. They barely do anything good at all, you just see them getting killed and cowering in fear.
