Title: This Character Belongs to someone else

When i try to join it keeps saying this and kicking me and i dont know why

didnt do anything with computers or steam or anything

You need to use the same CD key you created your character with.
A common way this can happen is if you own both a non-steam and steam version of warband, and launching the wrong one changed the key stored in your registry.
