Yes, some people in NA are getting level "glitches." Reduced levels, broken experience and all that good stuff.

Working on it. Eu6 and 7 are already patched. NA will be patched within a few weeks. In the meantime, stay mad dear amerilards.

Quality post Paul.  Very substantive. 

I don't think the OP is talking about what you are.  I don't think this has to do with NA not having polestagger removed yet (and basically being on the same version of the game as EU).

But who knows since neither of you are specific in what you're talking about.

This is ingame bug. I'm still gaining XP on site.

Maybe they are testing something. Everyone being same level is good idea but level 30 is low and should be increased.
