Title: When does NA get the new server features?

When can we have pole-stun gone, when can we have the corpse-hitting feature, when can we have higher player limits?

NA has a different code base than EU?

NA uses the official server.
The new one is still unstable, a major bug (Strategus rubberbanding) just got fixed yesterday.
