If this is done I would not play on any day of the week except Friday to make sure all of my time playing is spent with the best gains possible.

Well the idea this guy is suggesting is:


since a x1 is around 1000 exp with double exp it would be 2000

x2 4000

x3 6000

 and so on.

I don't really see any downside to this, so I agree.

edit: not sure how you would do it given EU and NA. I guess the best way would be start on the morning in EU and end at midnight NA. You could do it server based, but then you run into the problem of all the na players playing on eu in the morning and eu playing on na at night.

Any changes should improve the mod one way or another, simply changing something cause you dont see the downside of it is rather silly ;)

There has been some double exp on eu1 when they made the new server, that kinda just lured all na players to the eu server, day later no noticable increase of players.

Honestly, I think the best way to do it would be having it on a rotating schedule, so a different day of the week each week.

Yeah clearly the unannounced double xp for rewarding players that were playing while the changes were happening is the same thing as giving out double xp every whenever that I would assume they would post on c-rpg.net or atleast stickied on the forums.

I guess I should clarify, that I don't mean that it will attract players who don't play crpg, but get players who don't play as often to play more/retain those that are getting bored of the grind and are slowly playing less and less.
