Many Anti-viruses (Norton 2012 as well) delete the cRPG installer when downloaded and when started. That could be fixed. This is the onbly game that does it!!!! ONLY! Period.
Well, if that wont be fixed , people gonna leave.
Another thing was some times ago, when u got that personal message, "please enter your email, bla bla to get some special info about something bla bla..."
Obviously some people use same password for email and cRPG,
I mean, if the programmer want people to play with no worries, that should be fixed. I think its not a virus, but who knows...
-
How to fix it:
- Open your Control Panel
- Click on Uninstall a program
- Find Norton in the list
- Right click, Uninstall
Fixed.

cmp showed you how to delete the virus. :D
Norton... ugh..

Dude, anti-virus programs are as bad as viruses themselves. Uninstall these nasty programs ASAP. Become familiar with your task manager and you will be able to spot out of place processes. Don't know what a certain process is? Google it. Don't download and run .exe's that your not sure about.
For cleaning purposes use CCleaner http://download.cnet.com/CCleaner/3000-18512_4-10315544.html
Also having a external hard drive with your important stuff backed up is the best idea. Pair that with a windows cd to reformat your computer in super bad cases and your GOLDEN!

I'd say antiviruses have their uses but Norton is not a good choice.
Anyway, this cannot be fixed as the cRPG launcher messes with the wb executable.
-
AVG does a few things but it doesn't keep your computer on lockdown plus it's free.
-
Yeah AVG's pretty easy on the system and is decent along with the free pricetag makes it pretty nice overall. Norton is a huge resource hog and is worse than a virus imo. CCleaner, malewarebytes and spybot should keep you free of most things you encounter on the web. Common sense is better than all of them though..

Yeah.
CommonSense 2012 beats all.

Microsoft security essential... BEST ANTI VIRUS EVER!
Surprising it's a microsoft product, I know I know...
-
commonsense.dll ?
-
commonsense.dll ?
Some anti-viruses seem to remove that too.
-
Anti virus programs have caused me much more trouble than viruses have. Don't use Norton, it has always sucked.
-
Yeah.
CommonSense 2012 beats all.
Wtf it was a hijacker.

There are 2 main rules I follow;
Don't enter odd sites, especially crack ones or suspicious ones, leave immediately.
Avoid russian websites, well most of them.
With these in mind, I only need a ccleaner to clean the junk from browsing and things like that. An occasional spyware hunt, and minimal threats are found.
-
Only Anti Virus I use is Malwarebytes and it will be the only anti virus I ever run. This program is fucking amazing and I recommend it x100 - not only does it's job but it stays out of the fucking way of everything else.
I never get viruses so I rarely use it but always have it cause of my paranoid self and it's never given me any problems.
-
I use Avast, sits in the background and doesn't bother me, ever. Works fine as far as I can tell, 6 years and no virii.

With some Norton "software" it does not work and they reinstall themselves after you uninstall them.
Accidentally installed some Norton virus program (I guess the proper word would be fuckup?) and it required downloading some cleaning tools to get rid of. Their explaination is "we're sorry but we try to deliver best blahblah".
