Game of Thrones MMO - Seven Kingdoms
The free-to-play MMORPG will be based on the popular HBO TV series Game of Thrones, which is adapted from George R.R. Martin's bestselling fantasy book series A Song of Ice and Fire.
A collaboration between Bigpoint and Norwegian development studio Artplant, the game promises to let players experience epic moments from the series as they engage in player versus player action, siege combat and politics in a bid to take control of Westeros.
The first trailer, which will "capture the essence of gameplay and visual fidelity" of the final product, is to be shown at San Diego Comic-Con, which takes place from July 12-15.
Game of Thrones: Seven Kingdoms beta testing is slated to begin later this year.
