Title: Ban Request PigeonTeeth
Post by: Twitch on April 02, 2011, 04:18:05 am: This guy is doing ladder towers, I screened him then warned him that they were against the rules, he replied they are? So I explained it to him and all saying I was just trying to help him not get banned, then next round doing the same towers. Other people complained and started a vote and he was successfully kicked but figured I would post it because he was warned read the message responded to it and kept on. Seems like would keep being a repeat offender from that.

Nowdays the trolls just wait until you leave nindur (I've heard this a multitude of times) then start construction. More admins need to 1. log unto siege and 2. log on as alts and immediately ban any ladder tower builders. They know, they just don't care.

Post by: Twitch on April 04, 2011, 04:11:56 pm: I am sad to say a lot of BRD are doing it also, and when I confront them they say "I wasn't even carrying ladders" Then when I tell them I screenshoted them they say "That ladder was legal, and argue that tower ladders are the only illegal one, it seems that since they deny even carrying ladders in the first place that they know they are throwing illegal ladders and just move onto the next lie when caught. I like a lot of BRD but seems everyone has some bad eggs.

Well most recent was BaleOHay_BRD which I didn't screenshot but had a long argument and some harsh words with over his ladder and Kesh_BRD was on defending him, which Kesh was doing the same thing a day or two before I got Kesh screenshoted.

I have a nice screenshot library full of all sorts of people leaching, teamkilling on purpose, using illegal ladders... I try not to report everyone I would seem like I was trying to get the whole server banned, but I screenshot whatever I see going on and keep it to see if those people do it constantly, or post it if they keep on after I warn them.

Infinite, as there is no correlation.

It used to be you could not repeat a karma action until 24 hours changed, and that is it.

New rules: Can not repeat a karma action unless 48 hours have passed. Every + karma point decreases warning level by 1, every - karma action increases warning level by 1.

IIRC a warning level of 50% is a mute.

EDIT: And of course your warning level naturally decreases by 1 point every 24 hours, and IIRC it takes a 15% warning level to become "watched."

The default key for taking pictures with steam is F12. By the way, I'm not in BRD ;)
