Title: Bug for transfer on only 1 of my chars

One of my characters cannot transfer items to my others, he is not STF and is more than 3 days old. No equip list shows and where it says "out of x" x is always 0

Is he level 15 at least? I actually have the same problem with one of my newer chars but that one is at least a week old but still cannot trade (under level 15).

Nope, he's level 22 or so :/
