I would just like to quickly say to the guys who are in charge of the map cycle; a big thankyou. After time and time again of the same shitty 10 maps in the rotation, today I actually had the best time on cRPG in a while (even with the shitty stab nerf) because I found out that EU1 actually had some decent maps on today. Some of them were old maps that I remember playing so long ago and I had a great time on them.
Dat nostalgia.

Big thanks from me as well. Thanks Mustikki. Playing old map atm and love it.

Just came back and was bit what the...with melee being all weird since i last played but nice seeing those good maps again.

Agreed, I believe due to roofcamping or something all the village maps got rage-removed. Now that ladders are gone, there is nothing at all wrong with village maps imo. Actually I think they always provide a very good balance between the classes.
And ofcourse, dat nostalgia!

Village maps FTW.

Yep, the village maps are the most balanced ones. There are even some roofs you can easily climb. :P

There is 21 edited village maps back in rotation.
They were removed due to people heavily abused ladders as defender back then. Where you couldn't find a single archer in ground.
A 17th Century medical student coined the term "nostalgia" for anxieties displayed by Swiss mercenaries fighting away from home, although some military doctors believed their problems were specific to the Swiss and caused by the Alpine racket of cowbells. :D

Good stuff, the map rotation was definitely getting stale...
