Title: DX11 Halp

Here is a link to a youtube video I uploaded showing what happens when I play any game with DX11.  I am just assuming it is a DX11 issue due to it working perfectly under DX9.  Everything you need to know is under the description including my system specs.  Any help will be rewarded with tacos.

1. Nice rug. 2. DX11 hasn't "officially" released yet. Dx11 now is kinda in the middle between DX9 and DX11. Maybe try forcing v-sync? Mess with the setting and get back to me. PM ME!
