I've been having that bug for a few weeks and it's really , really annoying.
When I spawn, I spawn with 1 item missing sometimes. It happens randomly, and it happens mostly on the 2nd slot of my inventory. I tried to figure out what cause that bug but can't find anything. It's not that i picked up something the last before, so don't tell me it could be this.
I use in order : Balanced Steel Pick , Huscarl's Shield, 2 sets of Javs.
So what happen is that I spawn without a shield , or sometimes I spawn with only 4 javs. Before the round starts my equipment screen is fine and I press done, then spawn with something missing. I do ESC and Choose Equipement and Voilà ! A slot is now empty for no reason.
Does it happen to anyone else ?

It happened to me alot when I had a ton of throwing weapons. The right-hand side ones didn't show up. I just sold some of my unneeded throwing weps. and it hasn't happened since.

I only have javs jarids snowflakes axes

Did you enable autorepair?
May be your weapon are degradated?

Yes it's on auto-repair , and I can replace my items afterward and the next round I spawn with them without any problem ...

Maybe the game decided your equipment set is too gay to allow on the field? :lol:
trolling aside maybe your accidentally right clicking when the equipment screen pops up deselecting some items? I've done that more than once.
Or
Maybe during the round your picking up throwing weapons and that's the source of the problem? Even if you chunk them right after it might be enough for the game to spazz out. Spawning with weapons that aren't yours always seemed a little glitchy to me.

have the same effect sometimes - but the reason is usually that I hectically tried to click away that equipment screen in the past round and accidentally de-equipped that item while trying to do something stupid in the last seconds of the round... ;-)

If you have over 200 total items they won't always show up, and generally x amount of something and it won't show up either

Okay let's check the facts again ..
It happens randomly .. doesn'T matter if last round I survived or not, that I picked a throwing weapon from someone else or not. I never drop my shield and it's usually that shield in the 2nd slot that I lose. If I kept a throwing weapon, it takes the 4th spot so I lose 4 javs.
I usually always stick to the same equip and never do "last second change".
Thank you guys for helping but so far it seems it's very random and could be cause by anything, but at least I see others have it happened to them sometimes..
