Every day a ton of suggestions are written down here and unless you have no reallife you probably wont read every single one of them. Im sure this applies for devs as well.
Of course there are some one-sentence-suggestions that appear stupid to the majority of the community and those most likey dont deserve any form of qualified feedback. But I read a lot of good stuff here that has been put much effort into. The most frustrating thing about that is that we rarely get feedback from devs whether the suggestion is out of question or is actually considered decent and caught devs interest, which determines whether to tweak the suggestion or just abandon it.
It is being worked on the forum right now so I ask, can we have a system that allows devs only to rate a suggestion or any other feature that allows devs to give quick feedback without the need of taking the time to write a post ?
Maybe a small sentence somewhere in the OP that can be chosen from a dropdown list by devs like "The developers are pleased with your contribution" or " The developers frown upon you" that indicates a rough direction of feedback.

I agree. Some of these suggestions are really good and need to be seen by devs in order to progress.

Maybe only for the suggestions board, display up and down votes of the OP next to the thread title in the thread list. It probably goes a long way in filtering out the crap without having to actually read all the topics.
