Title: More 1 slot 2h weapons

Seriously we need more than 1 of each type of damage we currently have. (1 sword, 1 axe, 1 piercing weapon and 1 blunt)

There are more weapons that can turn in 1 slot, let people with builds that have a limit on slots have some variety! Even some low tier 2h weapons could turn in 1 slot like the first bastard sword which no one uses when the heavy or longsword are slightly more expensive but better in everything apart of 1 speed.

So please give us more choices.

No.  Pick up a better 2h from the dead corpses if you're in a pinch and need the extra melee power.

Just being able to wield a BETTER 2h weapon (2 slot weapons) is enough of an advantage for you to take any of the current 1 slot 2h weapons.

Personally I think you shouldn't have any 1 slot 2h's.  If you want a 1 slot weapon, you should be forced to get a 1h'er.  You shouldn't be able to get the best of both worlds (1slot for when you're using ranged, and the ability to pick up a great weapon if you need to go to melee).

Longsword should be 1 slot .
We need true english longbowmen with their longbows longswords and longdicks.

Asking for good weapons to be turned 1 slot is not going to happen so I prefer more medium/low tier weapons from 1h or 2h sections to turn into 1h/2h with 1 slot for more variety.

Longsword is used quite often but bastard sword rarely used if even used, imo there should be new blunt, piercing, cut weapons that can be used for hybrids, archers, xbowmen, throwers etc etc

(I know this won't solve all the problems with kiting but with more choices on 1 slot weapons I'm pretty sure more people would use one since the 0 slot weapons while decent are very short and low damaging)

Yes, give archers better sidearms, I'd rather have an archer fight me with a more powerful weapon, than run away with a weak one.

its really god idea in mu opinion

some 2 h weapons are smaler than 1h and still takes 2 slots

I know then longsword can destroy balance bud light bastrad should be 1 slot

you ask why??

As long as no 1-slot weapons get the 2h thrust animation, I'm fine with some peasant-tier weapons being 1-slot. 2h thrust is sick, even on practice longsword.

You should not be able to be a one man killing machine able to deal with cav, ranged, 2h, polearms, and shields.

Unless you of course want to be placed on a team by yourself, alone.

Absolutely every player should be capable of dealing with every class.

1v1 combat should come down to player skill, not rock paper scissors. NvN combat should come down to player skill and teamwork.

I don't understand the connection between your post and my OP phantom as I already stated that they would be medium to low tier weapons so nothing fancy like a maul or mallet or great axe or bardiche but low and short weapons that could easily be changed into 1 slot.

Another example of a good possible 2h weapon that could be turned into 1 slot is the warclub, it only has 1 more blunt damage than mace but 3 speed slower which is not something small.

Two handed axe has same damage as fighting axe, 1 speed slower but has 6 more length and is 2 slot, the 2h axe has worse states than a 1h axe yet it still needs 2 slots.

And there's more but you get the point.

Make more polearms 1 slot and make more polearms 3 slots.

Make more 1handers 0 slot and make some 1handers 2 slots.
