Title: Unable to enter Fiefs, Castles, Etc.

When near a controllable territory, I am unable to enter it through the "Enter 'Name'" action menu function. Must I be added to a whitelist in order to enter certain areas? Any and all answers would be appreciated.

If need be, I will disclose which town I am attempting to enter under the discretion of my clan if it will help solve the issue.
