You're not banned and you have never been banned by an admin, this then leads me to believe that it was either a ban poll made by the players on the server or the admin that banned you did so for less than an hour.

I would check back on the servers and see if you can't get in.

Otherwise, you might be globally banned (which I can't see) and therefore should check; http://forum.c-rpg.net/index.php/topic,23841.60.html in case you have used an autoblocker in the past.
