At the title suggests (would also need to be able to turn the ability back on). I don't think we should be able to choose what equipment we want to transfer over to crafting bonuses for strategus, but I think the ability to turn off the chadztext from happening would be AWESOME. Then we wouldn't have to worry about using other equipment, or what happens when you're level 4 with peasant gear and get the chadztext (and lowers what you actually want to craft in strat).
What say you?

No. A similar suggestion has already been suggested, less than a week ago.
There's now a special server for under lv21 where you CAN'T get chadztext. So no worry getting it as a low level. And that was the mayor problem.
If you allow this, you'll allow high level to dress as peasants and leech without any consequence for strategus. Crafting is serious business. And we all have some shitty times with the dear pink text, but it's the game.

I suppose you're right, and this doesn't affect me once I get to 12 strength and 18 agility (which is when I get to level 25).
I would hate if I was going for a Long Bardiche and Courser for strategus crafting, or you'd have to wait til level 30'ish to get it.
Your concern is valid, but what if there's a gap between level 20 and what level you need to be for some strat gear...maybe only allow people to turn off chadz text until you're level 29 or 30?
