my little bro started playing and I wish I could just give him one of my alts, hence this idea

Maybe if you donate 10$, you can get one transfer point? I don't think it would be illegal, as there is some server side effort that has to be compensated somehow.

YES! But not for free.. by that the server at least gets paid.
