If you have a problem with EU admins you can speak to Serfonz, if it's with NA admins you should speak to me.

I am also now in charge of restoring characters, returning heirlooms and strategus issues, please direct all questions about them to me.

Just look at the colors...
cmp and chadz = Red... suggests to stay the fuck away from them!

Serfonz = Blue... obvioulsy less dangerous to ask something, maybe not ending with instant permaban.
