Title: tactical map (more strat then battle)
Post by: Hiln on June 17, 2012, 12:31:02 am
Well here is my idea:

ill break it down alittle because im terrible at a explanation.

1. using the regular mb minimap
2.make it so so you draw on it
3.make it so when you join a squad you can drawn pacific an see pacific  flag colored drawling
4.make it for when you not in squad to see were the flag currently is on minimap
5.make it so you can checkbox the different flags so encase there is trolling(there always will be) its limited
6.dont make it so you can just see it make it a key function  so its not annoying to anyone who doesnt care
7.best part about my suggestion is most of this is basically already part of mb so easy to program in
8. the most important part of this suggestion is part 7 its totally plausible and 100% usefull to strat

now please really consider it how many people in strat can't understand each other or mishear orders they can just check minimap (of awesomeness) and then they know what to do kinda

p.s.  meow  :?:

In Sp when you press backspace you get a little minimap which shows where enemies/your troops/allies are etc. You can give them orders and move destination flags around.
This would be a pretty handy interface for strat commanders to have.
