depends what you want to do  be a lancer or 2 hander or 1h+shield

Plated Charger would be the best for you then.

for example i am 1h+shield horseman and i use Cataphract Horse(for 1 h shielder mameluk horse is good as well) because it is well armored it is low so i get bigger reach with my sword and it is somehow maneuverable.But in city maps i tend to use plated cahrger to just ride like a baaws through enemy lines.

If price is not a problem, just roll out on a Plated Charger.

Mamaluk is the best heavy cav for stat and gameplay with lance...riding 7 min
1h better plated charger
