Title: Help! my weapon disappeared !

I remember I had a subsidiary account named Draem_UFO,skipped the fun~I put a rank3 highland claymore in it,But a long time not to play later, it disappears and its equipment also disappeared,If you don't believe me, just see my Generation is 16,But I have only four a family heirloom,OH COME ON~!this should be how to solve,please
