Title: El banditos need more guys for raids, equipment provided and paid a cut for raid

hey, we're recruiting as many armies of 49 troops with pitchforks and peasant gear as we can, we need you to attack enemy reinforcements after we raid their caravans on strategus, you'll get paid a cut of anything we take from a caravan (in strat gold), msg here or pm me if you dont wanna be identified ;)
