Title: The problem with mapping equipment in the game

My character, name Sinholder in game, is not able to equip anything from his inventory nor able to pick up anything from the ground. It all started when one day I saw his stats reset for no reason. I assumed it was a char server problem or my password had been leaked so I changed my password and modified his stats as usual but now when I try to join a server I'm not able to choose any equipment. Any idea on what could be the cause? Thanks in advance

I think that this problem is related to the change Ip

Characters are tied to the cd key of the warband installation on your pc.

Reinstalling warband with a different key might cause this.
