Title: chadz text not working for me

So yesterday I noticed the chadz text appear, thinking nothing more than "cool my new equipment will be on the crafting list now" I didn't check it until today. However, I have just looked at my crafting skills and nothing has changed, my MW Horn Bow and MW Tatar Arrows are not on the list and I still have the same crafting skills level I have had for quite a while.

I would occasionally check my crafting skills to see what has changed as I often miss the chadz text due to concentrating on playing rather than reading, I just assumed I had not been getting it for a long time due to bad luck, but now I have seen chadz text and my crafting skills have not changed, I am left wondering if I have been getting chadz text all along and my crafting skills have been broken for quite a while?.

 I'm not bothered about the past or asking for my crafting skills to be tweaked, I just simply would like to get it fixed so in future I will get my new equipment crafting levels up when I get chadz text. I think I have had heard of this issue before, so perhaps you already know the problem and solution(s).

no chadztext for you!

i lost like 200k xp a few nights ago from database apparently being down (or something).  it's possible you got chadztext when database was down.

Perhaps but my crafting skills haven't changed in 2 gens, which is why I am now concerned I may have missed many, a few or maybe I didn't actually get any chadz text again til now and database was down, either way I'd like to know lol.

EDIT: Seems my crafting skills are there now, either I got it again and it worked or it was just extremely slow to change, let thread die a painful death.

Didn't change for me for 3 gens :/ Then I got 6 ticks in one gen. Then 3 more since then so I've had 9 ticks in about 3-5 weeks of play. I lite literally went 3 months with out getting the tick, funniest thing was that was the whole reason I was playing lol.

Some one help this man!
