Title: Enemies using forward base

Yesterday in the castle siege near the end when attackers were nearly killed off, I noticed that an adventurous ENEMY was SPAWNING at our forward base and attacking it.  I killed him and sure enough he respawned within a few seconds at OUR forward base.  Is it intended that enemies are able to use forward base to set their spawn their?  Myself and a few others decided to start spawn camped him for a few more deaths before the end of the battle, so I know I wasnt seeing things

EDIT: I forget the name of the guy that actually did it!  Shoulda had fraps up, blah

Yeah, I saw it too, the person who did it was one of the guys with the tag "_Lib".
