Hi, I have been banned from crpg1 for killing a team member.
A man deliberately hit my horse and I gave him a blow and he killed.
I know it's wrong.
We were on the desert map I think he saw that I was with him.
his hit was deliberate but i know I will not have the kill

His hit was not deliberate, trust me when I say I was sitting in teamspeak with him (Libertha), we were fighting enemy cavalry as a group, you rode towards us and Libertha was rather jumpy. He blew our ears out with "Oh shit, I just hit an allied horseman!" before you promptly turned your horse and charged him down with a couched lance right in front of two admins.
It might appear biased due to the fact that both Tristan and I were those admins, and thus clanmates of Libertha, but nothing changes the fact that you intentionally killed him, and broke the rules. However, remember this; If I ever caught one of my members breaking the rules in such a way, they would get hell from me and be banned for twice as long as I would ban any other player.
Tristan was the person who got the ban in before I did, so I will let him decide what he wants to do with you.
It was for three days and one hour (3d 1h).

Ok I screwed up, but time for me to half turn a "sorry" in the chatt and I'll stop my charge, after I think the penalty is a bit strong but I accept.
