Title: Side to side blocking slower

Side to side blocking seems bugged or slower then it was before. During my feints I cannot quickly do the side to side block quickly like I was once able to. I've noticed this now for weeks and I've been testing it, so it's not just in my head. Combat seems slower now also

If you noticed that for weeks its a bit strange, major patchs happened only recently.
