A message for ladder clans, so we leave infos and t he like to other players, without having edit clan data and allow everyone else to see.

With the website interface revamp, you have a clan"journal" - maybe add a low level rank that lets you modify the journal?

I'm thinking about adding basic news only clan members can read.

Allow plz players with rank 10 send messages to the Journal  :P
