Title: Siege Map: Hrafninn Castle

You know that ugly feeling when you just sit down for dinner, and out of nowhere some swadians catapult stones trough the wall of your dining room?
Did plan to use a siege tower wolfenstein:et-style to get a short cut to the flag, but couldn't get the siege tower to follow a complicated path. As a I already had all the walls up, I decided to salvage the map and tried to get it balanced somehow without the shortcut-tower.
The flag is on the keep, defenders can either go trough the keep and have some indoor action, or go trough the courtyard and use dangerously unsafe stairs or ladders to get onto the roof.
Also, don't fall down, if you survive, you got a long walk to some stairs.

There is 1 DaveUKR on this map, +1 awesomepoint for the first one to find him!

This looks pretty good at a glance, I'd love to play this to try it out.
Although I may be biased towards your map since you referenced Wolfenstein: Enemy Territory and the tank/truck escorting&pathing in maps. It is after all my favorite game of all time.
--even if you haven't done it yet in this map.

Looks fantastic from a distance, but it seems to be too big. I mean, the attackers seem like they would have too many ways to get to the flag. Problem with siege IMO.....

It only looks that big, it's not that much bigger than the other castles. Also, as the flag is on an easily defendable location, attackers need multiple approaches so they can swarm in.
I tested it with ~60 players right now, people claimed it would be too easy to defend, yet attackers won 3:1. Let's see how that works out when players know the map.

i have played this map today and its awesome, looks very nice and there are many ways for attackers to go the flag! :D
the only thing i found is a little texture bug by the double doors. i am not sure if others than me can see it, maybe it is only on my shitty PC. :(

woah, I thought you ment some small missing patch somewhere. I don't have the problem myself, could you try to play on the map once more, to see if it was just a one-time bug?
Someone else here who had this bug?

i have played this map today and its awesome, looks very nice and there are many ways for attackers to go the flag! :D
the only thing i found is a little texture bug by the double doors. i am not sure if others than me can see it, maybe it is only on my shitty PC. :(

This happened to me one day. All I can say is to keep playing and wait it out. I'm not exactly sure what the problem was, all I know is that it eventually just fixed itself.

Props can go missing during map load when a lot of ppl download the map at the same time. Not only that, but they can move to weird places, resulting in floating trees and the like.

Map looks terrific. I'm sure you've tried placing barriers and other props below the belfry-path...

It's path was over the bridge, then to the right and up the hill to the flag-keep. For some reason it did either skip waypoints, or move inbetween. For example on the first path I made, it just started to fly off the bridge towards the right tower, despite not having reached the waypoints for the turn at the gate. Maybe it was just too many "turns" for it to understand (90° right, 90° left, 90°left). Feel free to give it a try, I would love to be able to "fix" this map (I hate the current area where the current siegetower is, it was never supposed to be connected to the castle-island :( )

I really like this map, the prop use is quite refreshing. However, I have found a small terrain bug where you can temporarily get stuck (which is still bad, because it's in a combat zone). The hole is at the top of the second walls, close to the wooden house, below the wooden wallway of the walls. If you don't find it, I can post a screenshot.
