Title: problem with role character...I don't have any main character in account!!!

Hi all.
I want to start now to do strategus battle with clan but i saw that in my account i have no main character. I have 2 characters and both of them have role ALTERNATE and i can't change ones in main. i don't have any skip the fun atm. Do you know what problem is this?
Can you help me please? :)

Make a new char and make that your main. Alts cannot be transfered to main.

yea ok but my real main character is lv 30 near 31 and i want that he would be my main, i don't want to create a new one and leveling 30 lv another time... maybe any admin can help me....i hope.
