took me 177 hours to do gen1...damn that was rough!
-
gratz although 177 hours seams strange considering that you need 148 hours or something at x1 to get it.
might be different on siege though not sure.

yeah just saying.
doesn't matter at all how long it took you what matters is that you are hooked now.
welcome to hell

Dont you guys notice that when the round ends with 50 seconds into the next minute for the tick, you dont get a tick ten seconds after the start of the enxt round, but a full minute later? Also, the time loading maps, being in spectator, time between rounds, etc. all add up and dont count toward the ticks, and any time on duel server doesn't count, the time loading up the game and finding a server, you can have 177 hours to get there.
-
hahaha with that 177 hours i bet i could have learned to knitt or whittle! or carve smoking pipes from antler
-
the extra time must be from dueling

That's a good point. A fix is in order!
Also grats
-
Ya grats for sure.
Not sure how people that quote that lvl'n chart like it's the bible don't realize that it assumes you get every possible tick. The time for map changes and other factors aren't added. Hell getting kicked from a server b/c you spend 30 secs on the crpg doing shit. So many things that aren't not factored in. Gen 1 is stupid slow and I feel bad for any new person just starting up crpg.

Way to go, Harley. Now that you're starting a new life, it's time to bring up marriage with the lady again. :)
-
Thats odd. I have only played M&B for a total of 114 hours, and I have only a few mil to my second retirement. And that is with 48+ hours on single player when I first got the game.
Did you play a lot of single player or native?
I dont think it takes nearly that long when you should average an x3 multiplier
-
Nothing to be ashamed of. And grats! :)
Time spent with warband running on your pc doesn't have to mean you've played all those hours. I sometimes forget warband is still running, even though i'm not on a server. So that might also account for the extra time.
-
Yesterday I left warband open at the main menu screen all day without playing. Stuff like that will add hours if you do it every now and then.
-
pre-patch it took shorter to gen.
-
pre-patch it took shorter to gen.
prepatch there was a week minimum time to retire and gold cost.
early retirements you could get with few hourse of playtime but each retirement took more game time.
now each retirement gets easier so the highest gen players can retire in a day.
-
Apparently Goretooth can retire every day or two......
I keep seeing him switch from Full Plate pwnage to Archer.
Wish I was gen 20 or whatever he's up too now.
