Got banned yesterday for racism when I said "Nigga" once. I was told to not say that and I agreed and said sorry. I was then permanently banned a minute later. I apologize for this and it will not happen again.

I believe you stated that it wasn't racist because you ended it in "ga."  I didn't see an apology at the time.  You also did all of this while leeching naked in a nice hiding spot. 

Unban him tomorrow devilize.  I believe a few days ban is plenty.

You are unable to do that if you are not a server admin, and yes it is possible.

I was talking about if a normal user can do it, seems they can't. Yes, I knew it was possible to look in the logs.
